Do you guarantee on the feedback rate and bounce rate of your email list?

It has many factors to determine the response rate of an email campaign, for example, the relevance of the email content to the recipients, the ISP SMTP server's reputation, etc. We cannot guarantee the feedback rate and bounce rate of the email list. But, from our experience, it would get 15-20% bounce rate on average and 8-10% open rate for the email list.

Do you provide additional information in you list? Such as age, income group, interest, etc.

We provide email and country information only, some records may contain gender information, however, it is not easy to verify the gender's correctness, therefore, the gender information (if any) provided is for reference only.

Do you have any other list other than the list on your website? Can you compile a custom list for me?

All of our email list are published on our website. Because it has too many request on the custom list compilation service, it involves both our customer service and engineer's effort to compile a custom list, we have suspended our custom list compilation service at this moment.
